The best Taiwanese beef noodle soup I've ever had in America, and I've had it all over the U.S. like L.A., Las Vegas, Florida... And this has the best broth with real taiwanese herbs. Only place to get better beef noodle soup than this is to actually have to go to Taiwan. The beef with scallion pancakes are also da bomb!

This place is not authentic! The dishes are imitation Taiwanese but not really what they are suppose to taste like. Especially the Taiwanese sausage! (They are just Chinese sausages)
The pan fried buns are nothing like the pictures as well. They seem like frozen or store bought buns that are just fried a bit at the bottom. Not worth the money.... -

BEEF SCALLION $8
Love this. Simple. Like a fruit rollup with beef. Scalliion pancake was crispy yet super fluffy and flaky. Delicious.
I grabbed this to-go, but ample seating inside and the gentleman at the front is very friendly! -

The food is tasty, but i saw the server (young man, who send like he could be the owners son) stick his hand into our fried popcorn chicken and eat a few pieces... It's bad enough that he blatantly ate it, but he did it right at the counter before he walked it over to us. And he did it bare handed. I bet he probably does it behind the curtain as well.

Small, hole in the wall type find. One of the few Taiwanese restaurants I've found in the Rutgers area, so I was super excited to try it! The food was came in pretty good portions, but a couple bites in and it was apparent how salty everything was.
My friend and I ordered an oyster pancake, rice cake, pork chop rice, and spicy chicken. I didn't care too much for the breading on the spicy chicken. The rice cakes were probably the most salty dish on the table. My top recommendation would be the pork chop rice, a Taiwanese staple that you can't go wrong with.
Two stars because for two people, we had plenty of leftovers to take home and feed ourselves for another meal. Service was good, waitresses were kind and accomodating. Not sure food was not tasty enough to make me want to come back though...
